Aside from that, all I can say is that I took a class on modern music technology, and from what our research proved was that you are only investigated if you have downloaded over 1,000 songs. If you have less then you are small time, and the FBI has bigger fish to fry.

I think lesser known artists need ITunes even more than established artists!
