I am thinking of buying a specific birthing music cd but am not sure if this is a waste of money. Should I just create a playlist on my ipod or should I Buy Music that does not have words in it? I am not sure what would be the most relaxing option. Has anyone tried a hypnotherapy cd?

I am 14 and my parents don’t like the idea of subscribing to I-tunes, so an I-pod is not an option. I need something that isn’t ridiculously expensive. It doesn’t need to have a TON of memory, maybe 2GB. I have tried looking on the internet, but I don’t really know what to search for. Any help would be greatfully appreciated, and maybe some suggestions on where is best to download music inexpensively once I get it.
