How can I purchase music without changing iTunes to version 7?

I want to buy Houses of the Holy (I know, I should have gotten it long ago!) but itunes will not let me! Every time I click “Buy Album” it pops up a window saying “Purchase of this item is not currently available” and under that it says “This item is being modified. Please try again later”. It’s not just that album either, I’ve tried buying other albums. It has been this was since yesterday evening. Is anybody else having the same troubles? Any help appreciated!

is there a service where you pay a one time fee (not monthly) and then you buy the music you want after that? so pay like 20 bucks to get in and then like 95 cents a song after that.

I looked at MAGIX Music Maker 12 deluxe but it says soemthing about buying CD’s. Is this true. I already have Audacity and it is not good for looping and instrumental stuff that Software like Magix and Garageband have. I am really confused and need answers soon
