buy music Q&A

so my brother got a bunch of spyware, adware, and all kinds of crap our family laptop from using limewire. i uninstalled it , but the spyware and stuff is still there. ive already tried all i can to get it off and i dont have money to take it to a computer expert. so now that i have this stuff, i wanted to Buy Music off of itunes but putting your info on the computer would be bad right? so what if i buy an itunes card? will i still have to put my info on the computer or should i just not do it at all?

I wanna get an ipod off ebay that the seller says already has a ton of songs on it that I like. If I buy it will the songs transfer into my itunes?

The phone must have jhakkas surrounding sound n it should be great looking.
FM is must. Battery backup bhi dhansoo hona chahiye. I dont care about the picture quality and other features. Sony Erricsson and Nokia are preffered.
Help me out pls otherwise I will go mad. Coz there r too many options.
Also tell me the price of a 2GB memory card n places from where I can buy it!
